Return / exchange procedure for international customers
DIANA KVARIANI is doing everything possible to provide excellent service and high quality products. It is important for us that you absolutely love your choice. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the item (s). We are happy to accept timely returns of the product (s) in unused, unwashed and intact condition. The item (s) must be returned in their original packaging, including tags, boxes, and packages. Please do not use perfumes / deodorants when trying on clothes as we cannot accept returns with signs of smell or traces on the item. The customer can return the goods within three working days after receiving the parcel. In the event that your package is damaged, upon arrival you must report the damage to the courier. After returning the parcel, the item must be declared as returned goods, without a declaration of the cost. Customer DIANA KVARIANI has only seven working days after receiving the parcel for a request for an exchange / refund.
If you decide to return an item, please follow the appropriate procedures. To request a return authorization number (RMA), log in to your account, go to “My Profile – Order History”, on the left side you will find the “Return / Exchange” button, click and follow the instructions. After completing the procedure, the DIANA KVARIANI team will receive your request and you will be informed about the next steps. DIANAKVARIANI customer is not allowed to return the parcel without following the above procedure. Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling charges, and they are not refundable.
Return procedure
As soon as the returned parcel arrives at the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email and the money will be returned to you (excluding delivery costs) within ten working days after receiving the parcel, except holidays and weekends, during which the return processing may take longer than expected.
Please note:
Refunds for goods returned in a used / damaged condition or without original tags, packages and boxes are not made.
The responsibility for the package lies with you until it reaches us. For your own safety, we recommend sending parcels with a delivery service that insures the cost of goods.
Goods on sale, are not refundable, and are refundable only in exchange. Products on sale at a discount of 30% or more are not subject to return or exchange.
Exchange procedure
You can exchange the purchased item for another size or color. Select the “exchange” option during the return / exchange procedure in your account and write the desired size / color. All exchanges are based on stock availability. When we receive your return, we will send you a replacement. Please note you can exchange only once for one item. Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling charges.
