If you wish to make a return or exchange an item, please make sure it’s done within 14 days from delivery. The returned item must be in its original condition – unused and unaltered – all tags must be attached. Pre orders and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for the return costs.
REFUNDS
A refund will be issued on the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the return. Additionally, 3 business days are needed to receive the payment. Please note, this is the normal bank procedure and Diana Kvariani has no control over it.
