We want every order to feel exactly right. If something isn’t working for you, here’s how we can help.
If you wish to make a return or exchange an item, please contact us and dispatch it within 2 calendar days. The returned item must be in its original condition – unused and unaltered – all tags must be attached.
All returns must be sent with a valid tracking number and must reach us within 14 calendar days from the date of return shipment. If we do not receive the item within this period, we will be unable to process an exchange or issue a refund.Pre orders and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for the return costs.
Items made to the customer’s individual measurements or modified at the customer’s request—including minor alterations such as adjusting trouser length or adding or changing a design detail—are considered custom-made.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are unable to issue credits for packages that are lost in transit.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
Because exchanges depend on size availability and your specific needs, we handle them personally on a case-by-case basis. Once you initiate your exchange via email, our team will stay in direct communication with you every step of the way to arrange the details and ensure you get exactly what you need.
REFUNDS
Once the returned item has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within seven business days. Please allow up to three additional business days for the funds to appear in your account. This is a standard processing time determined by your bank or payment provider and is outside the control of Diana Kvariani .
Where permitted by applicable law, the actual cost of the original door-to-door delivery will be deducted from the refund, including where complimentary shipping was provided at the time of purchase. Delivery costs vary depending on the destination country, the number of items, and the total weight of the parcel.
Any non-refundable customs duties, import taxes, customs-clearance fees, or other charges paid by Diana Kvariani in connection with the shipment may also be deducted from the refund where legally permitted. In certain destinations, including countries within the European Union, such charges may be invoiced to the sender after the parcel has been delivered. Copies of all relevant paid invoices will be provided to the customer together with the final refund calculation.
As soon as the return is scanned, we will activate your DIANA KVARIANI Store credit for the full value of the eligible returned item. Your store credit can then be used toward a future purchase on kvariani-shop.com and has no expiration date.
